Salad skills: Composed Salad DIY

Let's have lunch together and learn a new skill! We meet at the Kinfood HQ in Dupont from 12:30 - 1:30 pm.  

This workshop will focus on early summer composed salads.  A composed salad is salad arranged on a plate, rather than tossed in a bowl.  We'll explore three classic composed salads and the keys to their successful flavor combos, textures, smells, and appearance.

Equipment will be provided, just bring your fabulous self!  All attendees will receive a goodie bag from Fishwife.
